Physicom offers services for the integration of Sensors, Instrumentation, Data Acquisition and Controllers. We manufacture cable harnesses, signal interfaces, customized instrumentation and provide complete integrated test and measurement systems.

Application Profiling

Physicom Representatives are application focused. They take the time to detail each application, capturing the relevant technical and commercial requirements. Recommending the best solution for the application that satisfies both facets of our customer needs.

Solution Integration

Physicom has managed solution integration on projects of many sizes, from simple press calibration tools to landing gear drop testing. We are adept at leveraging our standard product lines with custom cables, enclosures with external circuits, PLC & PC programming & working with mechanical integration.

Cable and Enclosure Manufacturing

We aren’t into selling half solutions, so we manufacture cables for our integrated solutions and systems. We have different cable materials, pinouts and the ability for quick turnaround. We work with different connector types, shielded, waterproof, hi-flex, molded & crimp pin types.

Custom Software Development

Our in-house software developers are adept at providing customer focus software modules to compliment our solutions. This has provided us the opportunity to integrate our solutions into existing computing platforms and gives us flexibility to truly add value to our customers projects. Whether performing simple format conversion processes for database integration, or developing custom HMI’s for our test stands, we would relish the opportunity to provide assistance.

PLC Support

As most of our equipment must interface with some type of Programmable Logic Controller, we have PLC programmers on staff who support our customers controls efforts. We are constantly improving manuals, developing PLC add-on instructions, providing troubleshooting examples, compiling FAQ documents, etc., in an effort to truly support your projects’ successful integration.

Repairs

In an effort to provide better turn-around times and overall customer support, we will work with our suppliers to gain certification for repairs of certain sensors, electronics, nutrunners, etc. If you have purchased a solution or component from us, please contact us for details.

Training

Physicom provides training as required to support the implementation & operation of all the solutions we sell. We can perform training in front of a machine with a few maintenance workers or hold large class training with quality departments, applications engineer, etc. Our motto is a well-trained customer will always have less maintenance to perform in the long run!
